Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); North Carolina licensure or ability to reciprocate is required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with residential land development and civil site design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow, and HydroCAD
- Comfortable managing both design and project deadlines in a smaller firm environment
- Oversee and mentor 2–3 engineers, with potential to lead client meetings and presentations
- Coordinate project timelines, submittals, permitting, and documentation
- Work closely with the Director of Engineering and internal teams to ensure quality and timeliness
- Not a fully hands-off role — must be capable and willing to jump into design work when needed
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
