Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the stability of working in a structured environment with a focus on educational and institutional buildings. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, promoting a balance between professional and personal life, with very little requirement for work outside standard hours.
Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Project Manager Include:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is required.
- At least 7 years of progressive project management experience.
- Extensive experience in managing construction projects involving steel and concrete structures, with a strong preference for experience in educational or similar institutional settings.
- Comprehensive project oversight from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software such as PMWeb; knowledge of RAM, Bentley Suite, or ETabs is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project scope, budget, and timelines are met.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent position offers significant benefits including 20 days of PTO, 12 sick days, a choice among 5 health plans, parental leave, and a retirement plan with a 7% match. The role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week. Potential for bonuses and overtime compensation.
