They’re seeking a confident, experienced leader ready to take charge of site clearing and land preparation for general contractors.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager – Site Development position include:
- 5+ years’ experience in land clearing, site development, excavation, or similar fields. An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Oversee construction operations, from permits and resource planning to scheduling and subcontractor management
- Manage client communication, contracts, and project updates to ensure expectations are met
- Evaluate job progress, prepare detailed reports, and manage AIA billing and milestone draw invoicing
- Hire contractors and allocate responsibilities across job phases
- Negotiate with vendors and approve labor and purchase orders
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AIA documents, and have experience with Foundation Software or similar programs.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
