Now rebranding, expanding to a new showroom and office space, and focused on shifting from residential to more commercial projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with deep roots and big ambitions!
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- 3+ years of construction management experience required
- Experience in the glass construction industry highly preferred (GC experience acceptable)
- Oversee projects involving shower doors, railings, mirrors, partitions, storefronts, and more
- Manage residential (60%) and commercial (40%) projects, with a goal to grow the commercial side
- Handle all project phases: budgeting, planning, scheduling, and execution
- Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and field teams
- Responsible for project documentation, invoicing, and contract negotiation
- Coordinate site visits, installations, and ensure safety and quality compliance
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 2 weeks PTO, performance-based bonuses, and year-end bonuses.
