Step into a unique opportunity to lead high-end residential landscape construction projects along Southern California’s most prestigious coastlines! We’re hiring a Project Manager for landscape build projects based between Santa Monica and Malibu, working with a boutique yet rapidly growing firm known for award-winning regenerative landscaping and stunning outdoor spaces for celebrity clientele. With projects ranging from $250K to $750K and exciting public installations on the horizon, this is a hands-on leadership role where your construction expertise will directly shape some of LA’s most iconic properties.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Approximately 5 years of experience in landscape construction project management, specifically for high-end residential builds
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Landscape Contractor License is a plus but not required
- Oversee multiple active job sites, managing timelines, budgets, and crew coordination
- Serve as liaison between the design team, office staff, and field crews
- Manage subcontractors for specialty trades such as lighting, irrigation, and pools
- Interpret and execute design plans into actionable build plans
- Knowledge of permitting processes and ability to work under the company's contractor license
- Strong field presence and ability to communicate effectively via laptop or iPad
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with a 50/50 cost split, 401(k) with up to a 3% company match, mileage reimbursement or fuel card, and eligibility for bonuses—especially on high-profile or larger projects. Profit-sharing may become available after proving fit with the company.
