Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- 8-10 years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required
- Proficiency in Procore, Vista, Bluebeam, and Microsoft applications
- Manage complex capital projects valued between $10M – $100M+
- Oversee project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, GMP, EHS) during construction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA/QC, validation, architects, engineers)
- Prepare and present executive-level reporting on project status and KPIs
Salary: $86,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
