Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager (Industrial Piping Cleaning) position include:
• 5+ years of experience managing industrial piping cleaning or metal finishing projects (preferred) with responsibility for planning, scheduling, and executing piping cleaning, passivation, derouging, disinfection, and chemical cleaning projects from kickoff through closeout
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, food & beverage, or other regulated environments (preferred) with responsibility for ensuring compliance with GMP, USP, customer specifications, and safety protocols
• Strong ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and mechanical drawings with responsibility for reviewing engineering documents and preparing redlines as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with responsibility for tracking budgets, labor hours, milestones, billing, and overall financial performance
• Experience with 3D modeling tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Navisworks, Plant3D, or Bluebeam with responsibility for navigating plant layouts and supporting project planning
• Proven client-facing project management experience with responsibility for serving as the primary point of contact and managing purchase orders, change orders, and customer relationships
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with responsibility for managing documentation, proposals, submittals, project files, and complete closeout packages
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% to customer sites in Atlanta and occasionally North Carolina to support on-site execution and ensure work is performed safely and to specification

Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
