This Project Manager (Industrial/Multi-Family) opportunity offers the chance to work directly for ownership within a rapidly growing real estate development firm that manages over 20 million square feet and develops 1–1.5 million square feet annually. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager (Industrial/Multi-Family) position include:

  • 7+ years of construction project management experience in either Industrial or Multi-Family – Oversee day-to-day operations of projects from start to finish
  • Field experience with ability to read and interpret construction documents – Supervise job site activities from the trailer and ensure quality control
  • Strong financial acumen – Manage project budgets, track costs, and maintain financial oversight
  • Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, tenants, and subcontractors – Lead communication and project logistics
  • Ability to manage schedules and intermediate project phases – Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Construction Supervisor License (CSL) – Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam – Review plans, markups, and construction documentation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills – Allocate responsibilities, hire contractors, and support all construction trades
  • Position is primarily on-site at job trailer

Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
