Join a fast-growing construction organization as a Project Manager (Industrial/Commercial Flooring) in Grand Prairie, Texas, leading large-scale industrial and commercial flooring projects across high-profile facilities such as data centers, hospitals, grocery stores, and airports. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager (Industrial/Commercial Flooring) position include:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, with commercial flooring experience highly preferred; general commercial construction experience will also be considered.
- Manage industrial and commercial flooring projects involving concrete polishing, staining, epoxy, carpet, tile, VCT, and concrete remediation services.
- Review contracts and coordinate assigned jobs to ensure quality execution, budget control, and on-time delivery.
- Create project documentation, lead handoffs, and clearly communicate plans and progress with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project health using data-driven metrics, participate in active project reviews, and address issues proactively with senior leadership.
- Prepare and execute change orders, monthly billings, close-out documents, and required progress updates in company systems.
- Use Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other construction software to manage documentation, reporting, and project workflows.
- Build strong working relationships and help support future business opportunities through excellent project execution and client service.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
