Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager – Flooring Solutions position include:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with flooring experience highly preferred (especially in commercial and multifamily projects); painting, roofing, or similar subcontractor trade experience will also be considered – Manage commercial and multifamily flooring projects from pricing through closeout
  • Strong subcontractor experience and understanding of subcontractor business dynamics – Coordinate with general contractors, superintendents, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Experience with commercial and multifamily construction projects (schools, hospitals, large-scale facilities) – Oversee projects valued at $500K+ ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and floor plans – Analyze plans and specifications to determine project requirements
  • Strong organizational skills – Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines
  • Detail-oriented mindset with knowledge of various flooring materials (carpet, resilient, engineered wood, ceramic tile, etc.) – Ensure accuracy in material selection, installation processes, and project specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments
  • General software proficiency (Bluebeam, Procore, Excel a plus) – Support pricing, documentation, and project tracking activities

Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
