Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- 4–10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally in the $5M–$15M range
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Manage all aspects of project delivery from bidding through closeout
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers (APMs) as needed
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
- 80% office-based, with 20% time on job sites (local only)
- Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and schedules while ensuring safety and compliance
Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including PTO starting at 14 days (increasing with tenure), employer-paid health insurance (approximately 85%), 401(k) with 3.5% match, $600/month vehicle allowance, $50,000 in company-paid life insurance, a safety incentive program, service awards, and a project-based bonus program.
