Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager / Construction Manager – Multifamily Renovations position include:
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily renovation construction management or project management
- Experience managing renovation projects, coordinating POs, schedules, crews, and materials
- Comfortable overseeing multiple projects across a regional footprint (Southeast US)
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore) is a plus, but training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and remotely – role is not tied to an office
- Strong communication and client-facing skills for on-site and remote project coordination
- Vehicle or vehicle allowance provided for travel to job sites
- Book of business and/or business development capabilities are a strong plus, but not required
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
