We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Commercial Painting for the new Raleigh, NC office, where you'll be the key leader driving operations, project success, and business growth. With a strong foundation in Charlotte and a reputation for excellence across high-profile commercial projects, this company offers the rare opportunity to take ownership of a new market and shape its success from the ground up.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager – Commercial Painting position include:
- 10-15+ years of experience in commercial painting with strong project management and estimating capabilities
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage foremen and crews, and oversee field operations
- Experience reviewing blueprints and project specifications, and managing full project life cycles
- Deep local market knowledge and client relationships in the Raleigh/Triangle region
- Proficiency in Excel, estimating tools (PlanSwift preferred), and job site reporting
- Lead operations, scheduling, labor management, quality control, and project documentation
- Drive business development efforts to win new projects and grow the Raleigh office
- Collaborate with the Charlotte HQ and take a senior leadership role in shaping the Raleigh team
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
