Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction project management involving custom or prototype work
- Must have supervisory experience and the ability to lead and support a small engineering team (oversee 2 drafting engineers)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be an outgoing culture fit who can confidently handle all customer communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Project; ERP experience is a plus
- Able to read and interpret blueprints; technical knowledge is essential, though no programming required
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to plan jobs and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage labor hours and resource planning for custom manufacturing projects
- Some travel vendor sites may be required
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
