Located in Atlanta, GA, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work with a company renowned for building massive, cutting-edge manufacturing facilities—often over 1 million square feet and valued at over $100M. Travel: This is a project-based position that will require being onsite full-time. Costs will be reimbursed for travel back to a home location every three weeks.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management.
- Manage Design-Build or Process EPC projects including procurement, scheduling, reporting, and change management.
- Strong experience with large-scale manufacturing or industrial projects valued over $100M.
- Lead and mentor project teams, including APMs, Superintendents, and Field Engineers.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with full P&L responsibility.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Procore, and document control platforms.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and government agencies.
- Oversee project close-out including commissioning, testing, documentation, and final handover.
Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 15 days PTO, 10 sick days, 16 paid holidays (3 floating), $3,000/month per diem, travel home every three weeks, $500 monthly truck allowance, $100 cell phone allowance, and a 401(k) plan with matching up to 5% after six months of employment.
