Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager / Architectural Designer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- 6–8 years of experience in residential architecture, including high-end custom homes, renovations, and additions
- Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Rhino and Lumion is a plus
- Ability to design and produce detailed construction documents independently
- Strong communication skills for client presentations and contractor coordination
- Comfortable managing multiple phases of a project—from design through construction documentation
- Experience working directly with GCs and clients in a collaborative studio environment
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Cleveland, OH area
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
