Take the lead as a Project Executive / Senior Project Manager in Columbus, OH, overseeing high-profile multifamily construction projects for a fourth-generation, family-run company with more than a century of industry success. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Executive / Senior Project Manager position include:
- Extensive construction leadership experience with a strong preference for multifamily construction projects
- Ability to oversee multiple job sites simultaneously across Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati
- Experience coordinating with general contractors, internal project managers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Negotiate contracts, write scopes of work, manage subcontractor buyout, and handle pricing negotiations
- Provide high-level oversight to ensure subcontractors are executing work properly and internal teams are following established protocols
- Strong business mindset with a blend of construction knowledge, negotiation skills, and subcontractor management expertise
- Experience with wood-framed construction is helpful, and prior PM or construction ownership experience is a strong fit
- Procore experience is a plus, and familiarity with Bluebeam or similar tools is beneficial
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
