Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Executive position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience with projects ranging between $50M - $500M+
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with strong knowledge of industrial projects, cost control, scheduling, and change management
- Lead large-scale industrial construction projects from concept through closeout, ensuring safety, budget, and timeline adherence
- Manage and mentor project managers across multiple EPC and Design-Build projects
- Develop and oversee procurement plans, schedules, and financial reporting
- Ensure strong client communication and relationship development for continued business success
- Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor performance and address project challenges
- Utilize project management tools like Procore and MS Project to track and manage workflows
Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
