This Project Director (Justice) opportunity in Dallas, TX offers the chance to lead major justice and correctional facility programs—including courthouses, detention centers, and public safety facilities—while working with an award-winning team known for delivering high-profile projects across the country. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Director (Justice) position include:

  • 15+ years of progressive construction or program management experience; lead large-scale justice or correctional facility projects and programs
  • Proven experience in justice or correctional markets; support projects including courthouses, detention centers, police facilities, and public safety buildings
  • Strong leadership and team management skills; supervise multidisciplinary teams across multiple firms and project stakeholders
  • Experience with program and project management as an owner’s representative; ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project goals
  • Knowledge of multiple project delivery methods including Design-Build (DB), Progressive Design-Build (PDB), CMAR, Job Order Contracting (JOC), and Best Value procurement
  • Expertise in budgeting, estimating, cost control, scheduling, and contract administration; manage project performance and forecasting
  • Ability to support business development efforts; identify opportunities, assist with proposals, and participate in client interviews and public meetings
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the firm and client in meetings, public forums, and stakeholder discussions

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
