This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Development team where you’ll manage projects from concept through construction administration while collaborating directly with in-house construction professionals. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect / Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree and/or professional license strongly preferred) – Support projects from concept design through construction administration under senior direction
- 8+ years of architectural experience – Manage assigned aspects of projects across multiple real estate sectors
- Strong knowledge of design, documentation, and construction administration – Review construction documents for accuracy, completeness, and quality
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams – Manage third-party architectural scopes and track deliverables for schedule and budget compliance
- Working knowledge of IBC, ANSI, and accessibility codes – Apply code requirements to design and documentation
- Demonstrated construction administration experience (RFIs, submittals, field coordination) – Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical issues
- Knowledge of green/sustainable building practices (LEED preferred) – Support LEED documentation and certification efforts
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office – Conduct document review, coordination, and design support
Salary: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
