Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor / Project Manager position include:
- Registered Land Surveyor in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within 6 months (Illinois license is a plus)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center knowledge is a bonus
- Experience managing a variety of surveys: boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, easements, right-of-way, etc.
- Skilled in project management, client coordination, proposal writing, and contract administration
- Familiarity with municipal ordinances, public presentations, and survey records research
- Knowledge of Trimble survey equipment and LiDAR methods preferred
- Ability to lead survey teams, collaborate across disciplines, and maintain accurate project records
- Valid driver's license and strong organization, communication, and accountability skills
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
