We are seeking a Production Manager / Measure Technician in North Atlanta, GA to join a well-established organization recognized for premium products, precision measurements, and exceptional installation standards. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you will ensure projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with high-end product expectations.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Manager / Measure Technician position include:
- 10+ years of experience in the window and door industry
- Strong experience planning projects and taking highly accurate window and door measurements
- Background working with high-end product lines and elevated installation standards
- Thorough understanding of how window and door installations are properly performed
- Take detailed field measurements and ensure order accuracy
- Lead and support field technicians and installation crews
- Train and mentor team members while enforcing installation guidelines
- Utilize CRM and field technology tools to manage workflow, communication, and documentation
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
