Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Floor Manager position include:
- 3–5 years of manufacturing floor supervisory experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate’s degree with strong relevant experience may be considered
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with advanced production equipment
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a small team of production employees
- Oversee day-to-day production floor operations, scheduling, and workflow
- Maintain production records, monitor output, and support quality standards
- Coordinate with leadership regarding staffing, production goals, and operational improvements
- Assist with training, equipment oversight, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment
Salary: $24.00-$30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
