Join a well-established manufacturing company known for producing innovative equipment and technology solutions used by professionals across multiple industries as a Production Control & Logistics Manager in Warminster, PA. This role offers the opportunity to lead production planning, inventory strategy, and logistics operations while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure materials, schedules, and production capacity align with customer demand in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Control & Logistics Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field – Lead production planning and logistics coordination within a manufacturing environment
- 5–8+ years of experience in production planning, materials management, logistics, or supply chain – Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecasts, capacity, and material availability
- Strong ERP/MRP systems experience (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central a plus) – Manage production scheduling, materials planning, and inventory control using enterprise systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook) – Analyze production data and manage planning metrics
- Experience with inventory strategy and materials flow management – Ensure timely availability of raw materials and maintain accurate inventory levels using safety stock and min/max strategies
- Logistics and freight management experience – Oversee inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, freight carriers, and compliance with customer shipping requirements
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset – Identify bottlenecks, improve production flow, and optimize operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills – Collaborate with engineering, operations, purchasing, quality, sales, and customer service teams to support demand planning and product introductions
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
