• 15+ years of experience managing $100M–$300M commercial construction projects – Oversee multi-site and remote-site deployments, including modular building installations
• Experience with modular construction (preferred) – Direct placement, setup, and integration of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and commissioning activities
• Strong executive presence and client-facing leadership skills – Serve as senior liaison in executive meetings, negotiations, and steering committees
• Advanced expertise in governance, risk management, and commercial oversight – Lead program-level decision-making, risk mitigation, and contract management
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required); Oracle Unifier and Buildertrend (preferred) – Drive schedule control, reporting, and performance tracking
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams – Align Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, QA/QC, and Operations for seamless execution
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (often 4–5 days at a time, occasionally extended travel) – Oversee field execution, regulatory engagement, commissioning, and project turnover

Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including bonus potential up to 35% annually based on company performance, company-paid travel expenses, AMEX card for travel, company truck (or rental vehicle with fuel coverage), hotel accommodations or optional RV rental, medical, dental, and vision coverage (60% employer-paid for employee premiums; family coverage available), short-term and long-term disability, 401k with 3% contribution plus 50% match on the next 2%, paid holidays, two weeks of vacation, potential project bonuses (not guaranteed), relocation assistance (typically $5,000–$7,500 case by case), and potential RSU opportunities in the future.
