Qualifications and responsibilities for this Precast Concrete Burial Vault Manufacturer position include:
- Experience in concrete or precast manufacturing is a plus; on-the-job training is provided
- Batch, pour, and finish concrete burial vaults using hand tools and equipment
- Set up molds with reinforcement, oil forms, and strip finished products
- Paint and customize vaults with decals, nameplates, or artwork per customer specs
- Follow safety protocols including PPE usage and equipment maintenance
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in dusty/outdoor environments
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Assist with repairs, sealing, and ensure all products meet quality standards
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
