Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in Plumbing Project Management with a general contractor focus.
- Ability to interpret and evaluate construction documents, RFIs, and Change Orders.
- Strong understanding of the interplay between plumbing and other trades in construction.
- Experience managing multifamily projects ranging from 3-story to high-rise buildings.
- Proficiency in software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Fieldwire, and Build GCP.
- Skilled in reviewing blueprints, coordinating with subcontractors, and COP preparation.
- Independently manage responsibilities in a self-directed role with minimal oversight.
- Maintain and organize project documentation using Box and construction management software.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including eligibility for 5 vacation days and 5 sick days annually after 12 months, optional medical insurance, voluntary dental/vision coverage, and an end-of-year performance bonus.
