Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Estimator position include:
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience required
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, blueprints, and takeoff processes
- Proficiency with estimating software such as FastPIPE, AccuBid, or Trimble
- Collaborate with the existing estimator to handle increasing workload
- Develop accurate bids for commercial plumbing projects from $2K to $1M+
- Work closely with project managers and field personnel to ensure scope accuracy
- Conduct occasional site visits for project evaluations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical insurance with 50% coverage, dental and vision options, 401K with 3% match (4% after 5 years), 5 paid holidays, and growing PTO that is negotiable. A performance-based bonus structure is being implemented where salaries of $80K could potentially earn up to $130K annually.
