With over 80 employees and three operational shifts, this high-tech facility specializes in electroplating and anodizing operations, delivering precision and quality to its customers. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic manufacturing plant, work directly with executive leadership, and influence operational success at a company known for its strong retention and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plant Manager position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred), Business, or Operations Management
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Full P&L responsibility across production, engineering, quality, and product development
  • Lead plant operations with a focus on safety, compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce cost and improve quality
  • Engage directly with customers to support quality and business development initiatives
  • Maintain and update all process documentation; attend regular senior leadership meetings

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
