You’ll play a key role in shaping how work flows across planning and landscape architecture teams, with real influence as the company continues to scale.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Coordinator position include:
- Supporting project teams and leadership with project tracking, forecasting, and operational follow-through
- Coordinating and tracking municipal submittals, checklists, and approval timelines
- Working closely with Project Managers to monitor milestones, deadlines, and workload capacity
- Maintaining accurate project, staffing, and utilization data for firmwide visibility
- Helping identify, learn, and implement new project tracking or forecasting software
- Communicating with internal teams, leadership, and municipalities via phone and email
- Attending coordination meetings to understand project status and operational needs
- Operating independently as a self-starter in a newly defined, evolving role
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
