Qualifications and responsibilities for this NYC Commissioning Director position include:
- 10+ years of experience in management, engineering, or construction
- Proven ability to lead commissioning teams and oversee large, multi-faceted projects
- NYC metro area healthcare commissioning experience is required
- Commissioning certification from AEE, BCA, ASHRAE, or ACG highly preferred; MBA or PE also preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong strategic, financial, and operational management skills
- Manage business development, project profitability, and department billability
- Oversee all aspects of the NYC Commissioning Office: proposals, client meetings, staffing, and execution
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of commissioning professionals
- Direct workflow, implement process improvements, and ensure delivery of high-quality service
Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
