Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mold Maker & Fabrication Technician position include:
- Proficiency in Mastercam 3-axis 3D programming with the ability to write and run programs independently
- Mold making and mold building experience including fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and repair
- Wire EDM and electrode programming experience using Esprit Edge and Mastercam 2023+
- CNC setup and operation experience including Mazak, Fanuc, and ROKU-ROKU machines
- Ability to read and interpret 3D injection mold designs and blueprints
- Willingness to operate fiber and CO2 laser systems and additional fabrication equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mold and tooling issues involving stainless steel and pre-hardened materials
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a hands-on shop environment
Salary: $35 - $50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
