Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in project management
- Must be able to pass DOD and airport background checks
- Proficient with Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and general project management software
- Comfortable with 80% in-office work, with minimal travel (overnight travel 1–2 times per quarter)
- Experience managing or mentoring teams, with potential to have direct reports in the future
- Oversee complex mechanical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and government agencies to ensure project success
- Lead scheduling, documentation, and reporting efforts throughout the lifecycle of each project
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
