Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer – HVAC position include:
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design or engineering with a focus on HVAC production
- Experience working on healthcare and commercial HVAC projects
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office; Bluebeam experience is a plus
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering highly preferred but not required
- Must have experience mentoring and leading a small team of designers and engineers in day-to-day project work
- Comfortable balancing design responsibilities with team oversight (50/50 split)
- Effective communication and project execution skills to meet deadlines
- Must be willing to work fully onsite in Tampa, FL
Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
