Build your future in a high-precision manufacturing environment where customer service, safety, and continuous improvement drive real impact. Manufacturing Program Manager will support customer accounts and help ensure on-time delivery from our Fremont, CA location.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Program Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in the field.
- Knowledge of raw materials and lead time, manufacturing cycle time, and production and inventory management.
- Very familiar with Open Order Reports, including tracking customer purchase orders, current production status, due dates, ship dates, backorders, and potential late orders.
- Waterfall experience to anticipate production needs, plan inventory, coordinate machine capacity, and communicate delivery to customers.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems required; Epicor highly preferred.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for program goals.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact product delivery and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Manage and update the MRP system, download and analyze customer data to reconcile accounts, and collaborate across internal departments to track orders and manage escalations.
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
