Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Production Supervisor position include:
- ERP experience is required
- 3+ years of experience in a production supervisor role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational effectiveness and production management knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Train, mentor, and manage production staff; maintain staffing levels
- Plan and assign workloads to optimize machine uptime and minimize delays
- Enforce organizational standards and ensure compliance with company policies
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
