Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Process Engineer position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in production planning or project engineering within a manufacturing setting
- Develop and manage detailed production schedules to meet delivery and capacity goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and engineering
- Use ERP tools like SAP and planning software (MS Project, Primavera) for resource management
- Monitor KPIs and drive workflow improvements and downtime reduction
- Prepare documentation such as BOMs, PFMEAs, work instructions, and incident reports
- Lead continuous improvement efforts and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
