Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience in machine/structural design
- Design mechanical systems, welded structures, and steel fabrication for heavy industrial equipment
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; CSWA certification preferred
- Perform engineering analyses on structural steel, load points, motors, and seismic loading
- Develop CAD models, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing
- Manage assigned mechanical engineering projects from concept through fabrication
- Collaborate with production, quality, and customer service teams throughout project lifecycle
- Provide technical guidance to drafters/designers and support during installation and commissioning
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
