Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Manager position include:
- 7-10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role in capital equipment or machine building.
- Oversee operations across machine shop, fabrication, and assembly departments, ensuring efficient production workflows.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read engineering prints and understand mechanical/electrical assembly.
- Supervise a team of ~10 production staff, allocating labor based on bottlenecks and production demands.
- Ownership of ERP/MRP systems with experience in ECI JobBoss2 or similar software preferred.
- Lead inventory strategy and purchasing, managing vendor relationships and ensuring supply chain resilience.
- Drive continuous improvement through lean/kaizen initiatives and strategic process evaluations.
- Maintain production schedules to meet quarterly and annual sales targets while managing cost and quality.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
