Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in contract manufacturing, aerospace, medical devices, or precision machining
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, ERP/MRP systems, and lean manufacturing practices
- Manage daily production operations across multiple shifts to meet quality and delivery goals
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Translate customer demand into production plans and drive adherence to schedules
- Monitor KPIs including machine utilization, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support new product launches
Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
