This Managing Principal Architect – K-12 opportunity is your chance to establish and grow a new office for a nationally recognized architecture firm that has more than doubled in size over the last three years. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Managing Principal Architect – K-12 position include:

  • Must be a Licensed Architect
  • 15+ years of architectural experience in K-12 and/or Higher Education projects
  • Strong network within the Puget Sound AEC industry with proven business development success
  • Ability to lead the development and growth of a new office and establish a high-performing team
  • Responsible for project design, execution, and delivery with a focus on innovation and quality
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a growing team of architectural professionals
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to align local office strategy with national company goals
  • Ensure excellent client engagement and responsiveness to build long-term relationships
  • Represent the firm in the Seattle-to-Everett market and help shape the region’s educational environments

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance through Cigna with zero-dollar premium HDHP options, HSA contributions, 3% 401(k) matching, annual performance bonuses (10–15%), paid licensure and registration, car and cell phone allowances, three weeks of PTO plus winter break, 6.5 sick days, and 9.5 holidays.
