We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the second shift team and focus on supporting and maintaining automated packaging equipment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Technician position include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing maintenance in a food manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience with Multivac packaging machines or similar automated systems (e.g., 72A, 72B, 72C, 175)
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical components of packaging equipment
- Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Support line startups, setups, and equipment optimization during second shift operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred
- Ability to work independently during second shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) after initial training
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Salary: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
