Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Supervisor position include:
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with prior supervisory responsibilities
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and general plumbing work
- Lead, train, and support a team of 8 technicians in a hatchery maintenance setting
- Maintain conveyor systems, HVAC, lighting, temperature monitoring systems, and plumbing
- Manage work orders, oversee daily task completion, and support continuous improvement efforts
- Perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on proprietary and standard equipment
- Must be on-call 24/7 and available for weekend or emergency coverage
- Familiarity with basic software tools like Excel, Outlook, and work order systems
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
