Qualifications and responsibilities for this Machine Shop Operator (Haas CNC Mills) position include:
- 1–2 years of milling experience (Haas preferred) – Operate Haas CNC mills by loading parts and running production cycles.
- Experience performing dimensional inspections – Use calipers to check parts and ensure quality standards are met.
- Basic CNC machine operation knowledge – Insert parts, initiate machine cycles, and monitor production.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions – Maintain consistency and accuracy in part production.
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail – Perform in-process inspections and support first article checks as needed.
- Team-oriented mindset – Work closely with supervisors and participate in in-person interviews and hands-on inspection testing.
Salary: $20.00 - $28.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
