Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Surveyor position include:
- Must hold an active Arizona Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret legal descriptions and plats
- Experience with atlas surveying and drafting boundary/topographic surveys
- Willingness to work hybrid—office-based a few days per week
- Comfortable assisting with project management and client communication
- Open to working on commercial and residential projects including subdivisions
- Opportunity to take on overflow office work or participate in fieldwork if desired
Salary: $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
