Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Professional Land Surveyor position include:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required; LSIT candidates considered
- Minimum 2+ years of CAD drafting experience in land surveying (Carlson, AutoCAD, Autodesk)
- Draft topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, records of survey, and plats
- Analyze field data, perform property research, and resolve boundary issues
- Perform construction staking calculations for residential and commercial projects
- Certify survey results using multiple data collection methods
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Strong communication, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
Salary: Up to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
