Qualifications and responsibilities for this Leasing Professional position include:
- Two years of sales or customer service experience required; one year of multifamily or leasing experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software such as OneSite, Yardi, Appfolio, or similar platforms
- Greet and tour prospective residents, highlighting the features and benefits of available units
- Process leasing applications, renewals, and maintain accurate records in system software
- Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries while maintaining a professional and friendly office atmosphere
- Market the property through social media, local outreach, and digital platforms to generate traffic
- Assist with planning and executing resident events and community activities
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation for errands and bank runs
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 an hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance, HSA, 2 weeks' vacation, 8 holidays and a floating holiday. A 401(k) plan will be available starting next year.
