Are you an experienced Foreman or Project Manager in the coatings or resinous flooring industry ready to take your career to the next level? A fast-growing industrial services company based in New Castle, DE is looking for a Project Manager to spearhead the growth of a newly acquired, well-established division specializing in epoxy and resinous flooring. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential business segment within a supportive and ambitious organization working on major industrial projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Proven experience in epoxy and resinous flooring within industrial or commercial projects
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Foreman with leadership responsibilities
- Ability to lead and grow a new division within an established company structure
- Strong local network or existing book of business is a major plus
- Command presence with the ability to lead crews and manage job sites effectively
- Willingness to work full-time on-site (no remote), ideally within 45 minutes of New Castle, DE
- Availability to work standard hours (7AM–4PM), with potential for overtime as needed
- Experience with Amazon-type or similar large-scale industrial/manufacturing projects
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
