Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Journeyman or Master HVAC Technician position include:
- Journeyman or Master HVAC License in Maryland required
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience in residential and light commercial settings
- Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and installing HVAC systems
- Responsible for completing service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance
- Capable of bidding jobs and creating proposals directly with clients using an iPad
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians on the job
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
