Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead HVAC-R Service Tech position include:
- Minimum of 5 years’ HVAC service experience; EPA certification preferred
- Lead and oversee a 6-person team handling residential and commercial projects
- Perform service calls of HVAC systems including refrigeration work on walk in and reach in coolers
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, correctly, and efficiently to company and industry standards
- Clean driving record and ability to operate company-provided truck
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, ensuring quality workmanship
- Communicate effectively with clients and team, providing professional and honest service
- Complete necessary job documentation accurately and on time
Salary: $25.00- $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
